About the Infrastructure & Capabilities

Archimedis Laboratories Pvt. Ltd. operates its manufacturing facility at Jayanthipuram, Jaggayyapeta Mandal, NTR District, Andhra Pradesh. The facility is established to support the manufacture of key starting materials (KSMs) and advanced intermediates (AI) for the pharmaceutical industry. The manufacturing site is spread across 15 acres and is designed with dedicated areas for manufacturing, quality control, warehousing, utilities, engineering and other supporting operations. Our robust manufacturing infrastructure enables us to efficiently meet diverse production and volume requirements.

The manufacturing facility is equipped with suitable process equipment and infrastructure for various chemical manufacturing operations, including reaction, filtration, centrifugation, drying, purification and packing. Archimedis follows GMP-oriented manufacturing practices with established controls for documentation, process parameters, cleaning, equipment calibration and material handling. The facility is supported by experienced teams in process development, production, quality assurance, quality control, engineering and regulatory functions, enabling reliable and consistent manufacturing and supply to customers.

Quality Unit(s):

Archimedis Labs aims at achieving excellence in quality and customer satisfaction through Good Manufacturing Practices and strives for continual improvement. We have fully equipped quality control funcction equipped with sample handling, Wet Labs and Instrumentation Labs to carry intermediate, in-process, and final product analysis.

The instrumentation includes: HPLCs, GCs, GC with Headspace, UV-Vis Spectrophotometer, FTIR, Polarimeter, Digital KF titrators, Type-1 Water System, etc.

We have the required capabilities and infrastructure to ensure full operation of the quality function from Raw material analysis to in process analysis and analysis of final products.

Warehousing:

  • Separate storage facility for Solid and Liquid Raw Materials

  • Solid Raw Material storage capacity: 500 MT and Liquid Raw Material storage capacity: 100 kL
